Durable and simple gameMar 18, 2008

For a simple game, it can be fun for everyone. We used the game for a family carnival and adjusted the game difficultly by changing the throwing distance according to ability. Some of our children enjoyed the game more than others. Age did not seem to matter as much as ability to toss the rings correctly. I did change out the rings for plastic pool diving rings as they seemed to 'bounce' off the game less. This also gave me the ability to use more rings for those children who needed the extra chances to win and for the children who liked getting more rings on.

This is a wonderful game from my childhood. I ordered it for an up and coming family reunion in FWB, Florida. This will be a delight with our children. We loved it as kids, so I know our kids will love it too. I like that more than one person can play at a time. I also like that it is extremely versatile. You can make it easy for the toddlers and a bit more difficult for the primary and secondary level kids. It helps kids to hone their tactile skills, aim, distance judgement, and balance. Ready, aim, & toss! I will also ordering one for my classroom. This would make a great rainy day math center activity for primary level students, i.e, measurements, shapes, distance, length, speed, colors, height, and weight, etc.

Wanted a game that would be fun and challeging and this ring toss is both. We have two to three people on a team and keep score...It isn't as easy to throw the ring around the pegs as it might look...Gets competitive

I was looking to replace some of our Fun Fair games for this year. I saw this game advertised on Amazon.com for a reasonable price and the specs looked sound. The game was easy to assemble and disassemble after we were done. This is a keeper.

Ring Toss was just as promised. It is sturdy construction, easy to assemble and easy to store. My grandson enjoyed playing by himself as well as with others. It's fun for all ages. It would be nice to have more than four rings, however.
